I think CNN's Erin Burnett had a little hint of sarcasm in her voice? 68 too old? :p

I know, it's only rock and roll...but I'm not sure she likes it, likes it, yes I do...:rolleyes:

I agree.
All that was missing was the turning of her nose and saying "Ewwwe"

It's OK her opinion won't put a dent in Mick's wallet.

Youtube is being stupid and changed their URLs from http to https so the forum isn't posting the URLs as videos.

I still think 'Shine A Light' is the best Stones song ever and 'Exile on Main Street' the best album. I saw them for the 1st time at Wembley Stadium in '89. Prince was playing down the road at Wembley Arena the same night and it was absolute chaos going back into central London on the Tube that night. Very, very scary. I suspect that, these days, having two gigs of that scale on the same night wouldn't be allowed.

I have seen the Stones 3 times and loved every minute of it. They just announced their farewell Tour ( For real this time). I hate to think that things are coming to an end, but Time waits for no one...Gimme Shelter, I don't wanna face the light.

Great item to share. I have been lucky enough to see most of the legendary classic hard rock & blues bands live in concert over the years and appreciate the topic of rock.

deserves to go global

great time to be in uk, stone roses reunion, stones exhibition and the olympics

my favourite stones album, emotional rescue, but love 12 x 5 too

The Rolling Stones May Have the Best 404 Message Ever...:p

Can't get no satisfaction because the Rolling Stones's official website is down? Well, at least you can be entertained for eight minutes or so.

That's because the Stones aren't offering the usual 404 error message, but one featuring brand-appropriate video featuring the band playing "You Can't Always Get What You Want." Get it?

It would be nice, however, if the page told you when the site was up and running again, maybe by switching to "Start Me Up."
