Hey,

Just looking to find out what most warriors use. A Mac, or a PC.

Mac is famous for their unique design and compability their products between.

But they are also far more expensive and the disadvantages shines through, especially the battle between IPhone and Android phones are remarkable:

Mac is better than PC when you are working with graphic and sound.. But you are paying much extra for the little superiority.. But Apple is the most expensive trademark in the world right now, so here you got the explanation...

  I use a PC but have an iphone and an ipad. My husband has a mac because I bought it for him as an anniversary gift. He pooh-poohed a mac at first but now he's been using one for 2+ years, he will never use a PC again.
  
  I love Mac's design and how it appeals aesthetically. But I'm just too lazy to switch and relearn a whole new system! My husband is threatening to get me a Mac Air for our next anniversary and so one day I too may become a true staunch believer....
  
  (By the way, ever noticed how in movies and tv shows you can always figure out if someone is really a good guy or a bad guy? Good guys always use macs and vice versa!

  I have both. I feel like I need both too.
  
  My PC is great for when I'm doing the boring work and testing everything, and my Mac is awesome for when I am designing.
  
  Mac and PC both have their perks so I would recommend getting both

I had 20+ laptops (windows) over they they all sucked, finally after hear over and over about the mac i got one 2 years ago still have it never crashed super fast and the few times I have to run windows like access to the MLS needs IE, windows runs faster on my mac. I can't imagine not having a mac.

I am a Mac to and I love it! There are some things I do in which I think having a PC as well might be a good option.

Does anyone know how to edit the poll to add a both option?

Mac is the best. But keep a PC as secondary machine. You will need both.

I use a Windows PC, but I'd use an Apple PC if I had one. Also fond of Linux PCs.

What about Linux? :B

Personally, I use a Mac for most stuff, but I love Windows 8 and I've always been a huge fan of Ubuntu.

I used to be strictly Mac, but I really hate where Apple's been headed lately... Definitely not upgrading to Mountain Lion this fall. Aside from Ubuntu, I'd say Windows 8 is probably one of the best OS's out there.

Once you use a Mac you will not go back to a PC. We only have Macs in the TopicSpan office - you don't need to muck around in the registry configuring things, EVERYTHING just works. And the build quality on them is phenomenal - we have 3 or 4 year old aluminium Macbooks in use that still run just as efficiently as brand new 2012 Macbook Airs. Bottom line: if you want to buy a new laptop every year, go Windows. If you want to use the same laptop for 3-5 years, buy a Mac or a Lenovo. If you want that laptop to still be relevant in 3-5 years, though, buy a Mac

The build quality on my Toshiba Satellite is fine, and Windows 7 has worked perfectly from day one. Too many people still judge Windows PCs by Windows 95/8 and early XP. It's irritating.

Running Windows 7 on a custom built machine and it runs like a dreams. About to update my RAM to make everything that much more seamless when switching between resource hogging programs!
