    Years from now, they'll put copies of the show in the Smithsonian, Library of Congress, Hollywood Film Depository, as reflective of TV in 2012.

    And when our present civilization is dug up and our anthropological posterity is recorded in human kind's story, I hope to heaven it footnotes honey boo boo. Then they'll know why we didn't make it.

      I think the studio execs took a bet who could come up with the stupidest new reality TV personalities. Then, by chance, one of the execs stopped by a walmart off I-40.....and found inspiration.
