You could have deleted it yourself, Ernie. As long as no one else has posted in a thread you can delete by going to the advanced editor. At least you used to could, I haven't tried it in a long time.

Now however, you're stuck because I've made a post in the thread the mods love me so much they never delete my posts.

OK, Ernie, even though you posted in the wrong section, I'll still help you. (Unlike everyone else who's posting in this thread.)

First off, you need to do this whole procedure more slowly, otherwise you're going to be hurting in the morning. Seriously. So pace yourself.

Secondly, eat a meal before you start this procedure. Doing it on a full stomach will help slow down the processs, so you won't feel such huge effects.

Third, drink plenty of water. Keep drinking water. All that headache-y, cotton-mouth, general nastiness is caused in part by dehydration.

Fourth, eat a banana.

Fifth, if you have a significant other, buy her something nice: Jewelry, chocolates, flowers.
