Just curious to see which of my fellow warriors like roller coasters? Those scream machines that people go nuts about?

I love them. I am possibly taking a trip to Six Flags Over Georgia on April 10. They have some of the best. Other parks I've been to include Cedar Point, Six Flags Magic Mountain, Six Flags Great Adventure, and Visionland/Alabama Adventure.

I run one of the biggest roller coaster sim websites around (19,500+ members).

    CoasterCrazy.com

We occasionally do theme park meet ups. We tried organizing one for this Sunday at Disneyland but with everyone coming off spring break or barely going into it, we couldn't get people to come. The summer time is when it goes wild with people posting trip reports, videos and pictures. Check out my site, my screen name there is Oscar.

I love theme parks a lot but have not ridden a roller coaster in the past 3 years. I had back surgery in 2007 and well, still healing! Six Flags Over Georgia is a good park. Superman: Ultimate Flight looks like a lot of fun! So does GASM and all the others there.

I hope you have fun there, if you take some pictures, I hope you wouldn't mind sharing them so I could post them in our albums section of the site

    Thanks,
    Oscar

I LOVE roller coasters. When my late sweetheart and I left Michigan we spent 3 days at Cedar Point on our way out -- didn't know if we'd ever make it back, LOL. We finally called it quits when I went through the fun house and it upset my stomach something furious. Can't handle fun houses. Go figure.

I love roller coasters and passed the gene onto my daughters.
Sadly my riding days ended 2 years ago due to health problems, but some of my best memories will be sharing that with my girls.

I do, I do!! I live in Vancouver and we have a wooden roller coaster. Talk about having your throat in your mouth when you go down the first hill. Of course, that is because, by the look of the thing, you REALLY could go flying off. Wheeee!

Well, here I am at 4:30 AM and I'm about to head out to Six Flags Over Georgia. I will post pics of my trip when I return. I was gonna go tomorrow, but they're forecasting rain, so I'm going today.

Heh, I'll have to post some to the site man. No video, unfortunately, but pics are here on my Webshots page (just scroll down). I have pics from my earlier trips, including my 2006 trip to Great Adventure.

I am ashamed to admit it , but I am afraid of these things... I wasn't when I was a kid, but somehow getting older, I can't enjoy them anymore...
