Internet connection problem

This is a very strange problem I am having right now. Since yesterday, I can't connect to some sites including WF, sulit.com.ph, bleacherreport.com, wikipedia, msnbc, dramacrazy.net, and others. Right now I am using a proxy to access WF... I already contacted my service provider 3 times within 36 hours and it seems they can't solve this issue... Anyone has experienced the same problem? Thanks

    There's an issue with your provider. I also encountered that problem, a simple restart solved my problem.

    Try changing your DNS servers to OpenDNS ones and see if it works -

      I tried but nothing happened. Support said I am not the only one experiencing this problem. Their excuse is cyber crime law. What the heck... I am now using an alternate plug-and-play from other provider. So disappointing..
