Fiverr Level 2

Hello Dears,

Dear I have more than 50 completed orders and also my rating is 100% but still I am not yet promoted to level 2.. what will be the reason. I have one cancelled order too... that was cancelled by fiverr without any verification in the support o f buyer who is still using my work I did for him.


Fiverr support is vey very bad as compared to others...

    Nothing is preventing you from reaching level Two. Yes, all Fiverr Reps don't give the same quality support, but they are some who are great. I would advise you to keep contacting them as often as you can. Believe me, they'll fix it. I went through the same route few months back. And finally a guy named Matt addressed my real concerns and fix them to my satisfaction. Good luck

      Thank you very much for quick response. Brother can you tell me .. did you have a cancelled order too? I have been contacting fiverr for two days... They are saying our system is automatic and when you will eligible for this promotion, you will be promoted to level 2. Just keep on completing orders with positive feedback.

    I have a friend having the same problem!
    How many gigs you have? You have videos to some of them? some likes on fb ?
    Im not sure if this helps but as i have a level 2 account i just tell you what i did to get there!
    Also dont wait when you get 50 sales as they say! They want more for sure!

    But yes continue contactin them 2 times per week

      Brother I have 51 orders completed .. Also I have no videos attached to any of the Gig.. Should I attach video to each Gig? Then will it work? Please advise me.

    Moving to level two is not the problem but finding how to get more sales is the most paramount thing for you at the moment. You only need about 10 positive reviews to get the sales coming in.

    And remember that whatever you do, there is always a few bad eggs that would want to use what you have got for free, learning how to deal with this kind of situation is important and reducing it to it's minimal level.

    Most fiverr gigs don't rely on fiverr for 100% traffic and sales, I see them looking at other traffic source. And if you offer a more unique and better stuff than most guys have out there, you will receive more patronage.

      Yes you are right sir.. But at the moment for me it is serious problem because I want to use Payoneer as my payment method and for it is mandatory to be the level two seller... Sale is not problem.

      Alright thanks.. I just want to promote to level 2 just for Payoneer. Because I can easily withdraw amount by Payoneer. Also I have verified PayPal but PayPal does not transfer amount instantly to bank account...

      Do you have any tip to transfer amount instantly to bank account..?
