Legality for web hosting
I am gonna start a web hosting company. The company registration is going on and i want to know whether there are options to protect myself from laws regarding starting a web hosting. If I start providing services like setting up eCommerce platform or a website and provide guidance to the customer on doing it, then will the terms vary?
