I don't worry about death. I am just curious about death.

I'm pretty confident that when I breathe my last breath, my life here is through.

If your time is bad, you would die at any time.
Death may come in any kinda form, so forget the word "death"

I am currently on a 3 month travel work/vacation. Last week while having drinks on a beach with new friends I stopped breathing... for around 2 minutes, apparently. My friend noticed my head dropped over and lifted it up to find me blue... 2 rounds of CPR brought me back. There have been no ill effects and we don't' know what caused it... Imagine if she would have been in the water instead of sitting nearby...

I don't live to die - I live to enjoy every moment I can.

Well, if I knew that, I'd be able to plan my life out to it's last minutiae. Unfortunately, I do not, so I remain as I am, bumbling and sometimes lucky.

On his death bed, Thomas Alva Edison reportly looked up at his doctor and said "It's beautiful over there."

I always liked that one. Make me wonder what he was seeing. Some of the accounts from people who have had an NDE are fascinating.

I saw that also, and thought similar as well. When Einstein died, his last words were in German, and the nurse at his bedside didn't speak German...doh! Kind of a missed opportunity if it had been some kind of enlightenment or epiphany...

I like the last one...the Oscar Wilde quote - if that doesn't sum up that guys whole sardonic outlook in life and his writing...he had to get one last quip out before he went - :p
