They can't be any worse than some of the people I'm dodging on the roads anymore. I see a lot of tickets for stopping at fire hydrants being a problem.

  Maybe if my dog could drive, she wouldn't throw up in the car when we take her out because she'd be too busy behind the wheel driving. Maybe they can teach these dogs to shop and drag groceries into the house, too.
