Help with profile settings

Is it possible to change your user name for this forum? I've looked everywhere for an option for this, but can't find one. I intend to become very active here, but I'm not really happy with the username I picked.

Since my account is so new, I guess I could just delete it and start over, but I was hoping there might be another solution. Any help?

    Gary - we can't change names. Sorry. If you pm Allen, he is the only one who can help you out with that. Have the one you want available in the pm so he doesn't have to get back and forth with you to find out what you want. He's pretty busy.

      Thanks for the reply, Sal. I'm not gonna bother the admin with this. I'll just live with it. There are worse things to worry about than not being happy with your username.

        Hang on. I realized 5 days ago or so that I had to change to my real name if I was going to really be active on this forum. Having a number after your name is fine but if you want to build rapport, I'd say a name is much better. If you are here to pick up some info about this and that and just browse that's cool too and just keep it.

        all I did was click on the help desk and lodge a ticket. It was done the same day, no problem.
