The nicest site to see in the world is the look of delight on a child's face after being praised for an accomplishment.

I thought this was going to be about a website.

But yeah, my grandaughter is just a little bit older than your son. We were babysitting today, and her little face lit up when I praised her drawing of a shoe.

The drawing, by the way, didn't look anything like a shoe.

Children know when praise is earned - little faces just shine when you tell them "you did a great job".

Pablo Picasso aimed for the abstraction that most kids naturally accomplish. He worked in reverse, starting off with realistic depictions as a small child and as he grew older working his way towards greater abstraction like that of a more normal small child.

Babies are everyone's weakness. Even a strong, muscular would act out and say "hello" when a baby hands him a toy phone (you know what i mean)

I suppose you mean the nicest "sight" in the world-- yes, you are right indeed! And you only start appreciating that when you become a parent yourself.

Yeah, I realized my spelling error soon after I posted it. No one was calling me on it, so I thought it was going to slide Oh well. Spelling is overrated, anyway. Ever notice the differences in spelling between British and American written English?

(So, I corrected the spelling error in the title of this post and added a new one for variety)

I tried to point it out subtly so you could change it if you wanted. That's why I mentioned I thought the thread was going to be about a website.

Doesn't matter in informal writing. You still communicate as well or better than most members, IMO.

                  You are weird though. :p

I've been told that be before, usually by blonde girls. Almost always blondes, I don't know why. You broke the trend.

Some people are trendsetters, and some are trend breakers. My work here is done.

Some of the best shoes don't, these days. She may have a brilliant future ahead of her as a trendsetting shoe-designer. Keep me posted.

Ha ha, yeah, she might at that. She definitely has her own sense of fashion already, and she's just barely three years old.

Funny thing is, the picture she drew of me looked remarkably like her shoe. I hope that doesn't mean I'm a heel.

Hmm... maybe an old "sole" is what it means.
