Tablet with internal USB and Bay for dongle

Hi All

I know this is way off topic, but I know Warriors know everything so here goes!

I am in need of a tablet (10 inch) running Android or Windows that has in internal bay with a USB within that bay. The USB also needs to be a full USB Host.

I need to find a Tablet that I can install an RFID USB Dongle reader into.

Archos do one with a bay (unclip a cover on the back reveals a USB port and space for a dongle) but the USB host only allows the Archos 3G dongle so that is no good.

I am not looking for anything that is super powerful, it simply nees to run a web page.

Thanks for any help or ideas

The term tablet today means NO BAY!!!!!! There ARE a number of ones out there with USB, but WATCH OUT FOR TRICKS! The EEE transformer, for example, has USB ports on the optional dock. But SOME tablets have USB on the tablet itself. And WHAT do you mean by "full USB Host"? MOST USB ports on tablets ARE funtional as USB ports. AGAIN, you have to watch it because sometimes they call it USB and it only has power.

If someone successfully pulled that on me, BTW, I would ask them to make good or I would have the FTC breathing down their necks!

    USB does NOT mean USB!

USB means Universal Serial Bus! NOTE, it says NOTHING about power, etc... That is all INCIDENTAL to the bus. It is FIRST AND FOREMOST a STANDARD(UNIVERSAL) Serial(Serial) Connection(Bus).

That said, make sure the drivers work on the platform. Apparently most "Windows" tablets will be Windows RT(Made to be INCOMPATIBLE with WINDOWS). And Android tablets are even LESS compatible with windows. So a storage device(standard) might work, but an RFID may not.

ALSO, many Androids being built now have a special technology that is LIKE RFID, it is called NFC(beam) Near field communication - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
