Yeah, I think it is clear that they are doing things to hold up the economy. Since this is IMPOSSIBLE, since they really don't do ANYTHING, it will be found out, stopped, etc.... When that happens, WHO KNOWS what will happen? Gold WILL go up. The stock market might collapse, food might become scarce, the dollar may become worthless, etc....

BTW I say it is clear because they are basically doing what the average family that is BROKE and has credit cards does.... They move to credit, shift credit, and EVENTUALLY.....

Credit comes from the word credit. Credit means believability. So if you give someone CREDIT for something, you mean you believe, or lend believability to them for that. A credit card is the EXACT SAME THING! A company vouches that you have the ability and willingness to pay. They back it up by paying in advance.

The US credit comes from the constitution, debts others owe, and past history. If they violate the constitution, go beyond what others owe, and start doing things differently, the credit is based on a lie, and will eventually dry up.

And don't talk about bonds! Bonds are credit cards in reverse. The bond issuer has the CREDIT to pay, and the buyer buys based on that promise. The weaker the promise, the higher the interest rate to build interest in purchasers. Of course, the risk goes up ALSO.

Anyway, there is the twist, to hold up the bond market and dollar, for example. They are delaying some things with welfare and farm subsidies. They are printing more money, etc...

As for the suspicious things you stated above? I have known about some things like that for MONTHS.

I keep seeing LUDICROUS stories I WISH I could tell you about. ONE, I got today. I traced it to a press release made 4 days ago by a New York Senator. It includes a video of his speech, and is o the nysenate site. It talks about something ICE is doing. Here's a hint... At today's prices, for the base model, this ONE thing would cost them over $9,100,000. It is to do something that THEY have declared illegal and worthless and they have branded themselves hypocrites! 9 million might not sound like much, but this is only one small part of a big puzzle. One piece for the above order, for example, is missing. They recently paid over $780,000,000, for THAT. We REALLY have to wonder. Besides, ICE doesn't seem to really be doing anything. For the IE part, the federal government TOLD them to do nothing.

But these are highly populated areas and the timing would be terrible. One lone gun person sends a neighborhood into a panic. Can you imagine what an unannounced army would do? Especially if there's no warning. If it's only a drill, then there's absolutely no reason not to warn the area in which you're doing the drill.

That's a part of it - but a bigger part is in training procedures. You want the people involved to be so well trained that they react without stopping to think about what to do.

People are "shocked" that this training would be done in an urban area...do they think in a crisis the military will be needed in a bunch of empty fields?

Others "assume" this is training to attack citizens...and those are the same people who scream bloody murder if they aren't helped immediately in a natural disaster or other emergency.

This kind of training maneuver is not unusual and almost always announced in advance - just takes a slow news day and some bloggers to make it a big deal.

Which makes this a bit unusual, because according to the local news there in Houston, it was not announced at all - and even local enforcement didn't know about it. Ambulance was actually dispatched when the gunfire was reported.

I've been in the military, and I've lived in Chicago and Houston, and I can tell you that urban training in the way they did it there in Houston is not common at all. The United States military has entire bases built around "mock" cities and compounds that they use for training. And they have very sophisticated PC simulations. Going into an abandoned School in the middle of a populated city is rather unusual.

Now I'm no tinfoil-hat Alex Jones conspirator... but I do recognize unusual when I see it. And this is unusual to say the least. The local news of the 4th largest city in the US thought it was unusual enough. And believe me - there's no such thing as a slow news day in Houston.

I showed this to my dad, who went to college for 8 years for criminal justice, psychology, & all kinds of other stuff.

He says it can't be a "training drill" because a federal law prohibits military from including local authorities from their exercises...

I think if they really wanted to desensitize our soldiers when learning how to police a populace, they would have to start early and teach them as children through uber-violent first person shooter video games.

Then maybe, we could send them to smaller countries in the middle east where insurrection and civil unrest is common in order to really hone their craft before they take on the whole USA.

I've lived in several large cities, and I've done extensive military training... it's unusual.

And if it wasn't so unusual - then the news there would have no reason to report it, and the local school next door wouldn't have a reason to be on lockdown.

Maybe if you would read the thread - instead of picking up on the bites you want to respond to, you'd have read where I said that I was not of the Alex Jones - Tinfoil hat type. And MAYBE if you'd analyze this thread a bit more... you'd realize that I started it with a title of "What we have here... is a failure to communicate!" Meaning what I think it is - is a failure to communicate. - You should know about that.

I honestly don't think that Marshal law is around the corner.

However... just to give some credence to the tin foil hat wearers...

- Millions of people - a majority in fact - once greeted a popular Chancellor with parades of people lining both sides of the road. (sounds familiar) He gained popularity by putting people back to work with huge highway construction projects.(sounds familiar) He became so popular that he was able to overturn the Country's constitution without the majority even caring. (sounds familiar) And those that opposed were called crazy and selfish.... Hmmmm - All the while he was turning millions of people into ash.

So, someone comes around the corner of an empty school building and points his gun at a guy that doesn't know this is a training exercise? The guy stops, drops and shoots him! Game Over!

Having training exercises with guns, around people that have concealed carry permits and a weapon on them is just asking for trouble especially if they didn't let the public know in advance.

WOW!

So camping is OUT! Hunting is OUT! Hiking is OUT! I guess sporting goods stores workers/owners and grocery stores workers/owners are terrorists ALSO! Body builders and people trying to live through storms are terrorists ALSO!

And at least one shop teacher of mine is a suspect! My mother(having lost the tip of one finger from a freak door accident) was ALSO a suspect!

I remember one time when I was driving a cab in Las Vegas. There was a plane flying up and down above the Strip and it was being chased by 2-3 helicopters, a real troubling sight.

Turns out it was a film crew shooting the movie Con Air.

Another time a bunch of sky divers jumped out of a plane and were ascending on The Strip. It looked like we were being invaded. Damn those "Flying Elvi"!

A lot of people are way too complacent. NOW, if you don't follow like sheep, they figure you are a terrorist. someone has to put 2 and 2 together.

If an electrician couldn't decide between a 16 gauge and an 18 gauge wire for strength or conductivity, you know what he will pick, if he's smart? The 16 gauge! WHY? It is, all other things equal, stronger and more able to handle wattage.

If it won't affect life adversely, WHAT is wrong with being prepared? ESPECIALLY if your life is on the line.

You want to save money, and don't care about being prepared? Just go on the street with NOTHING. HECK, go NAKED! I mean if you don't care, why bother, RIGHT? Think about it.

Do you have ANY idea how much stuff the average person does just to live comforatbly for another 4 hours? They eat, drink, plan shelter sometimes, fill up the gas tank. Imagine how simple, and CHEAP, your life would be if you didn't consider that.

Ever see last holiday? A woman is told that she won't live long. She tells off her boss, quits, travels to europe, buys a first class seat mid flight because she is uncomfortable, meets a lot of people and eats and acts like a QUEEN! ALL because she feels she no longer has to worry about the future. SOUNDS GREAT! Of course, at the end, she finds out it was a mistake, and she will likely live a decent number of years.

My College Kids have never even handled firearms, nor has my wife or her elderly parents.
I would have to protect and provide for them all.
And I am ill prepared to do so.
