Traffic / Posters for forum!

As the title says, i am looking to bring some traffic / posters to forum. As a starting point, i have already hired a few paid posters from oDesk, and purchased some points on PostLoop... I guess i need more people, but options are kinda limited. May be i am missing something, and that's where i need your help / advise on. Please feel free to suggest any website (paid or free), or ways to get this forum populated.
