It's true, I'm afraid: he's only 19. (I suspect that he appeals only to girls under about 15, mind you, but that's another matter).

I have a domain I brought few years ago intended for something else, and now it matches the exact name of Justins new movie. However, I am too old to make a blog about bieber or his movies, I want to sell this domain to a younger fan who would like to blog and make profit on it. Here is the auction: https://flippa.com/2898751-justin-bi...-believe3d-com

Very wise distinction. (I'm not sure it's necessarily got rid of those Kardashians, mind you - don't they have a clothing line, or something? But they're over 20, anyway?).

Dead right. Bieber is "made", not self-made.

The Biebs actually worked very hard to promote himself, including marketing himself on Youtube in his "early" days. I doubt you'll find a young musical artist that worked as hard as he did at such a young age.

I stand corrected on that one. Not being a fan, actually not giving a rats arse about him, I put him in the same category as Britney Spears.

I don't like Bieber's music at all. But if you get a chance sometime, his story is an interesting one and worth knowing.

Yep, Justin Bieber should be admired for his hard work and dumb luck!

Although most of us slobs work hard for much longer without any life changing results!

But just like the individual who developed the Cornflake, after about 21 years, success is possible!

Fair enough that these children make it quickly, but they should stay out of the public limelight, or they will set themselves up for criticism, and getting put in gag videos on Youtube!

My brother made somewhere around half a million with gummy candy by the time he was 17. He made a mold to make over-sized gummy bears and gummy worms, similar to the ones found at Vat19.com

They were mostly novelty, but he was always selling them. He tallied up his sales and we calculated that he made about a half a million in profit by the time he was 19 and got bored with it, went to school, got a degree. Now he works as a video editor for the WWE or something to that effect in Hartford, CT.

I know a couple guys on my skype who are 19, 20, 21 and making $1,000,000 already from various ventures. They're "under the rug" SEO agency owners, infomercial product developers, etc. I'm 22 and about a quarter of a million in. I'll get there before 24, folks.

Here is a well panned out list of young millionaires under 21. Should be a good resource.

Can't figure out why people hate on Bieber so much. When he started he was just a 10 year old kid with a great singing voice for a 10 year old kid. He's goofy now, but name a guy his age that isn't goofy? That's the MO for boys in their teens. I don't see any difference in him and Donny Osmond. We headbangers hated his music back in the day, but we didn't hate on him like people do Bieber. He's little girls fantasy figure. So what? I give any kid that can do something with themselves (even with some help) some credit. A lot of adults will never achieve the discipline he has. What he does is a job - it's probably a really fun job - but it's still a job and takes some discipline. Go easy on the kid. He'll grow up.

The economic conditions don't help with this issue, you have hard working people losing their homes, jobs, etc, and then the stressed out population turn on the tv, and see this, the inevitable happens.

Its a bit like the snakes and ladders board game, when someone is playing by the rules, and has put in a lot of effort to get to where they are on the board, then someone who hasn't played the game before, lands on the biggest snake, and jumps past pretty much everyone else, and wins, or creates wealth, will annoy some of the other players!

Being younger only exasperates the issue. But you are right being dorky doesn't help; the Harry Potter actors, were in a similar situation, but were cool rather than dorky!

And they don't get as many comedy youtube videos done than Justin Beiber does!
