Wordpress Site URLS's

I am curious how do I make my URLS show (ex. mysite dotcom/titleofpost) instead of just mysitedotcom/p-id# in wordpress.

In otherwords, I would like my URL to show subdirectories that reflect the name of the page and not just a page ID.

    If I am understanding you correctly then go to Settings->Permalinks

    Then set the custom structure to:

    /%postname%

    Please note though that you will lose any link-juice you have built up to this point...
