Help please

Hi guys

I bought a set of 10 done for you websites from bob Stephan of kick ass marketing 30 days ago , they didn't deliver, my support tickets are not being answered I'm thinking of telling my card company that this guy has pulled a fast one . I want to believe this guy is honest , and it's merely an oversight , anyone got any suggestions as to how to contact him , the support ticket option seems a waste of time as the recommended 72 hr response time has elapsed twice with over double the time expired

    After chasing my tail l found the official site, but got a blank page, (not good).

    Then tried some others and got this one!

    IM KickAss Coaching - The $20k Challenge

    But then tried Whois, with no domain listing???

    So, unless you are paying a fortune per month, look into it first , and then make a decision.

    It could just be that his main site crashed, if he is with Hostgator and his Server can't cope, etc they tend to pull your site first and maybe sort it out later.

    Or he is inundated, or he could be dodgy, impossible to tell at this time, just research it to death, possibly contact some of his testimonial writers for his email, skype address, and you should get an answer.

      I am in the same boat your are, I went for the single site build just so i see the result but received no further updates or responses. The help desk is a joke since my ticket wasn't even opened!

      Guess its time to start the process of reporting this scammer through the proper channels. I feel for you man since you ordered the 10 site package, OUCH!

    I'd of contacted my credit card company at least 15 days ago but that's me.

    Even though as someone else suggested that the seller could have some technical problems going on, could be overloaded etc. At the very worst you've happened upon shady himself.

    Contact your credit card company. Let them know what's happened.
    If the seller is having technical problems perhaps your card hasn't even been charged or have you already received statement?
    If I recall from years past, the credit card company likes for you to wait until you get a statement before lodging a complaint any way.

    You could try using your favorite search engine and search the persons name that you bought from, see what you get. maybe search the persons name and include + scam and see what comes up. See how many others may be experiencing the same thing.

    I hope that you get this sorted out. Be careful buying online. Doing diligent research before buying is sometime necessary if it is something that you really want.

      I am in the same Boat. I have purchase other WSO's from Kick Ass Marketing with no issue.
      But the 10 web site package I have not heard from the seller and I have no response to a any emails that I have sent this company.

    Same here. Fortunately I paid through PayPal, so I am hoping to get my money back if I don't get the product. Wishful thinking...?

    Obviously nobody has contacted WF support to complain about this guy, he is still a member but all his offers are closed?
    Unless he is dead i'm sure he will pop up again with another WSO, these guys can't help themselves when it comes to easy money...

      Guys, if this dude is selling here, please PM me the information. Be specific, and give me dates, dollars, and links to sales copy. Forum usernames are a requirement.

      I can't guarantee I can do anything about the deal if they're willing to throw their accounts in the trash, but I can look into it. Occasionally, I can even get something done about such things.

      PMs, please. I don't come back and read every thread I've ever posted in...

        You are encouraged to PM me with info. Do not do that SE poisoning stuff here that you did in that last post I deleted, though.

        Rule #1 is pretty clear. I may not be a search engine geek, but I can recognize keyword stuffing when I stumble across it. That is an excellent way to get yourself banned...

          Paul, I had no idea I was keyword stuffing. I was just writing as things came to mind.

          What keywords did I stuff?

          Couldn't you have just "un-stuffed" the keywords instead of deleting the post?

          There are several people who've been taken by this guy and others looking to find out if he's credible or not (I know, I spoken with a number of them).
