Best Thing For Energy

I know that many drink coffee for their daily caffeine. I hate the taste of coffee. Once in a while I will grab a Rockstar to get my day going. I have had Red Bull, but don't care for the syrup taste of it.

What do you prefer?

Try Yerba Mate no caffeine but gives you plenty of energy.
The best I can describe it is like this.
When you have something to do, you just do it and look for something else to do when you're done. All the time you simply feel awake and energetic.
Allen described it as drinking coffee on steroids.

Here you go Yerba mate - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
I first heard of it here when Allen Says mentioned it.
I drink it as an iced tea in the summer and have found it to be one of the best things to drink when I'm outside working on a hot summer day.
I work for a landscape company and 10 hour days in 90 degree temps. is common.
If I drink the Yerba Mate iced tea all day I feel like I did nothing when I get home and I'm ready for anything, great stuff.

I'm a coffee addict myself. Or a recovering addict, at least. But I now vary my intake with either fresh oregano infusions, or green tea. And once in a while some Earl Gray or Orange Pekoe.

To make herbal tea out of oregano, boil about 2 cups or water, drop some fresh leaves (3 or 4) and take out the kettle out of the fire. Let it cool somewhat, before a drink. This is particularly good if you got a cold or sniffles.

If it's caffeine you crave or need to get started then MT. Dew is for you. It has twice that of Pepsi and is smooth going down, but watch out for the possible addiction of it.

I prefer to drink nescafe. If I don't drink I will feel dizzy all the time and couldn't concentrate on my work. I also like to take 100 plus, it is an isotonic drink.

I looooove coffee. Especially with sugar and coconut coffee mate in it. Doesn't taste like coffee at all but it sure perks you up! I rarely drink soda or anything with high fructose corn syrup in it. It's hard to avoid it though.. that stuff is even in "whole wheat" bread these days!

For energy the best thing for you is to eat right and exercise but, the alternative for me is RipIt's not to much caffeine in them so they don't mess with my stomach as much and it doesn't with my heart burn as much either (acid reflux it's nasty).

I hate to sound generic but a good diet and exercise consistently will get you going naturally.

XCellR8 - it's a supplement I buy online. Takes a few days of load time just as other sport supplements do - but contains nothing bad for you.

Amazing energy and stamina increase when I take it daily and no jittery side effects.

I've taken it for over 2 years and when I run out (as I did last week because I forgot to re-order) I can tell a big difference!

I love coffee too. But not the "instant" ones. I love brewed coffee as it really perks me up. Black coffee with a little bit of sweetener, hmmm... I can smell one right now... But I have to limit my intake because of some gastro problems. So it's either tea, juice or water

I can not drink most caffinated drinks at all. I have a very sensitive tounge and can taste the bitter, sour flavor of caffiene, which is really unpleasant most of the time. When I do drink anything with caffiene in it I will drink a Coke. One 20 oz. bottle of Coke often lasts me two days since I drink it so slowly. I drink lots of water instead.
