Michael Fied I would strongly recommend 'gaming setups' I found them to be very effective either in doing your research or making products, multitasking becomes so great!

Gaming setup is a good way to go for IM's. You need the processor for not just multi-tasking, but for video and graphics editing as well. Time is money and a slow computer will rob you of both!

I'm, running an older xps420 with dual monitors. I have a 500gb stock and a 2tb drive. I use an Audio Technica AT2020 usb mic mounted on a scissor boom.

Don't skimp on the mic, you will be happy every time you listen to the quality of your recording. Use a cheap mic, and you'll have second thoughts about anything you record and how your customers will view you.

Dual monitors is the only way to go in my opinion if you are recording/running webinars to keep what you don't want on the recording, out of it.

Michael Fied your status is very good but try to improve these things. Because these things are very necessary for a fast system which will help you in your work to do quickly.

A telephony server? Would you mind PM'ing me with data on that? In a past life I was heavily into IT and admined a host of different PBX systems for offices. So use whatever language you want, and please tell me what you use it for
