immigrating to US

Hi all,

I came to know that one can immigrate to US on H1B Visa (business) and establish a company there. I have a company in India. How many minimum American employees i need to hire and how much the monthly revenues must be?

I have also considered looking for american partners, but none worked out well so far!

Say that i earn $15k a month now, is that enough to immigrate?

    Why would you want to migrate to the US?

    Don't you think India is a better place to be at this time?

      Hi Esh,

      It would be easier and faster for you I believe to get an L-1 visa, and open a new office in the United States while maintaining your business in India for a year or so.

    Hi Esh,
    Lets say that living on $15k a month in the United States is very doable..... between my wife and I we make about $2,500 a month (thats $30,000 a year) with 2 kids still at home, we survive. If we had an additional $12,500 per Month imagine what we could do.

    I just found your get content for free website, I'm intriqued. Maybe next payday, I can buy it and see what it's about.

    Esh,

    An H1b wouldn't work for you. THAT is for people sponsored over here to SUPPOSEDLY fill a need here. The L1 WOULD work, but foreign employees must have worked for you at least 1 out of the past 3 years, and may only stay here 7 years.
