First, you guys have taken the brest jokes. (OK, Breast..Best....It's all in the delivery, I guess)

"What we need is respect. We need respect from society, we need respect from all of you."

OK. my advice. You want respect? Don't walk down the middle of the street with your top off.

      God, I'm getting old.

          two thing;
          1) That was pretty freaking funny!
          2) The vast majority of women that want to walk down the street topless....shouldn't. I've seen a lot of topless women in my life. Most of them benefit from a shirt. Just like most men.

OK, a march of college girls..OK.....but I need to monitor the entrance exams.

          Hey! It's for science!

I'm going to start a counter movement. I agree in the equality of clothing bit....so I want men to wear shirts in public at all times.

The idea of boobs bobbling in the breeze does nothing for me - but I've seen many shirtless men who would have looked better covered up.

Boobs bobbling in the breeze barely begins describing the back breaking bundle of beautiful bulbous baggage that beguiles, befuddles, and bewitches both boys and bachelors. Boobs bound, beget bouncing by boundless bumping and bigger, bustier, better, blaring breasts.

                Boy!

Anyway, I've many time wondered why men find breasts so fascinating. And why they trigger...um...the reactions they trigger. No idea. I don't know if it's cultural, instinctual, or written in our genes (Jeans..Teee Heee!)

                No idea.

In Vancouver, BC, women generally don't exercise the 100% legal option to walk around topless. I suspect that the implication that men are more adverse than women towards women's being topless in public is incorrect. Personally I've never heard a guy complain when a woman is topless on the beach or wherever, but in fact heard women make snide comments about it. If women aren't going around topless in Vancouver, it must be because they don't want to publicly expose their breasts even though they are allowed to do so.

And claude is right. Some women just don't look attractive there. I'm not going topless EITHER!

Want me to tell you a few secrets? I'm male, BTW....

          1. I don't look fantastic there, so I LIKE shirts!
          2. If I went topless at work, I would likely get FIRED!
          3. Many places have said they won't serve me if I go without a shirt.

And I don't look any different really from most men. Even my operation scar is hard to see.

But why should women get anymore rights there?

Is wearing some minor covering really THAT bad? MOST societies have mandated such coverings in open public.

It is not even against the law for women to walk topless in Vancouver.

Yeah, it isn't in denmark EITHER, apparently. I know germany is freer ALSO. STILL, for open things, like to the restaurant, etc... not a good idea.

Should gay people be allowed to marry?

Should black people be allowed to vote?

Should women be allowed to serve in the military?

Should laws discriminate between "who" a person is when deciding how the law applies?

Whip them off, ladies. My second favorite part of the story was about the men who marched with you, but covered themselves up in solidarity.

That's not against the law here either May they live their days in bountiful happiness and contentment but I think that whole exercise was kind of, how you say, pointless and redundant.

To be fair, we won't know if it's pointless...until they turn around.

This whole argument that men and women are the same is really sad.

"Equality" and "the same" a two very different concepts. Even two men
who are equal or not the same. I think that I am "equal" to Obama, but
I definitely can't just walk into the White House as I please. I should
march down Pennsylvania Avenue for equal rights to the president.
