In this time, I feel very very hungry!!!
However, eating food in this time is very easy to put on weight.
It's really a problem.

Opposite problem here - burning more than I'm intaking. Not hungry - stopped by the OT while I'm eating some before bed chow so I don't wake up hungry in around 3 hours. LOL. I COUNT on the weight retention eating just before bed gives me. I bet if I were to take amphetamines on my metabolism I'd be able to form a self-propellent reaction that would land me on Mars. Serious.

I'd go to the pub if I was you Mandy. Beer fills you up and you wee it out ten minutes later.

Hey presto, no more hunger and no more problems!

I don't know if you should trust such a person. You COULD go on a fulltime fast, even a juice fast, and "lose weight". But FEW people really want to lose weight. They want to lose FAT! If you just "lose weight", yu can more easily gain it back, AS FAT!

ALSO, IRONICALLY, women are expcted to, and built to, handle MORE weight! SERIOUSLY! A THIN woman should have like 3-9% MORE fat than a man(as a PERCENTAGE of their total weight)! As women lose more, than their "healthy fat range", they are generally considered LESS attractive by men, and their hormonal balance may go out of kilter. MEN have lost a LOT more weight, and apparently they are often considered MORE attractive. At least those with a fair bit of muscle are. AND, in those conditions, I have not seen any claims about hormonal balances being off.

Picking someone like rosie odonnel to illustrate this point is just DUMB! She is WAY too big!

In the US, there IS a special diet. I forget what it is called, but I believe medifast is the same thing. In the past, it has been doctor directed, like in clinics. You might actually eat MORE, but because it is balanced and lower on things that will add to the fat, you lose weight. They claim 2-5 pounds a week. AGAIN though, they often suggest that women lose weight more slowly.

As for heysal? As she describes her likestyle, hiking, climbing, digging, etc... I'm not surprised that she has to eat more, and still loses weight.

I should point out that "Dr. Rudi" is the resident "doctor" on a satirical Australian lifestyle program, and not meant to be taken seriously. He is in fact a comedic actor named Simon Van Der Stap, and each week he came up with outrageous medical advice that was almost believable.

Here's the "cooking" segment from the same show, to illustrate the how the show poked fun at the trendy programs on the Lifestyle Channel.

        Vodka?

Ok, my first post was just a bit tongue in cheek.

I'm probably not the best one to give out diet advice either.

tongue in cheek makes you look like you have a fat head

Yes but it's better to have a nice fat head than trying to stick it out and doing a Popeye impression like Mylie Cyrus.

Were you kidding? If not, sorry, but that's wrong. I was skinny when I was young too. Now I have, as Big Rob put it in another thread, protective covering. A little too much protective covering. Start good eating and exercise habits now because it's a tough go trying to change when you're older and set in your ways.

People literally hounded me until I was 45 -- wait for another few years and I would get as big as a barn eating the way I do. They finally realized it wasn't gonna happen and stopped.

Why not eat a 1 piece of biscuits and drink 2 glasses of water. I'm sure it will helps you to stop your craving for foods that contains fats. By the way stop looking on picture of foods on instagram it will not help you at this time. :p

Yeah, it's a great idea, because I am using this method.
The hungry feelings is pretty intolerable. Even names of foods will also increase the hungry feelings. This very terrible.
