Adobe Air Access Blocked On My Computer

What could be blocking access to Adobe Air and Adobe Air apps on my computer? It is not blocked by a router because I tired directly connecting my computer to Internet without router and Adobe Air was still being blocked. It wasn't being blocked before and I can't figure out why it is being blocked now? Any ideas? Thanks.

    I uninstalled an annoying media app that I didn't need but recently installed for forgotten reasons, and it unblocked my access. Very strange. Anyway thanks for your help.

    Edit Note: Rant deleted since it wasn't pleasant to read.

      I love when people rant, they are so telling. Good or bad they are
      always interesting.

      Want something pleasant? My boy entered ( on his own will ) a bike-a-thon
      and raised $100.00 for Saint Jude children's hospital

      not bad for a 4 year old.
