Newbie here

Hey Ken, welcome!

You will find tons and tons of information on here. Lack of information is not the problem. Online marketing is all about what you take action on. Spend your time doing rather than learning and you will be in a much better position to succeed. It's a guarantee you will make mistakes but don't let that hold you back. Get used to leaving your comfort zone.

Before you buy up everything online here I would suggest doing a bit of research and figuring out what business model you want to take action on. Don't know much about Payday Network but I'm going to assume that is a program you will market as an affiliate, or it's an mlm, and in that case your first priority should be building a list of qualified leads, and nurturing those leads, building a relationship with them, and market your stuff to them.

Cheers!

Welcome aboard Ken! You will surely find a lot of great tips here in the Forum. My advice to you is to find your niche first. Ask yourself what do you want to do online? Choose one and focus on it. Read about 'email submits' it is a good start for newbies in the field of online marketing. You'll find it easy to do, so you can jump-start your career online. Good luck! Oh, by the way...I hope your back is getting better now.

Best regards,
Amanda

Welcome, Ken. Just like what Dan and Amanda said, this forum has a wealth of information about how to make money online. If I were you, I would become a paid member so that you can access the private forum where a lot of warriors place their FREE reports for everyone. I heard some people made 5 figure income just from those reports.

Hope that helps.

welcome ...
first off , how did you find this forum?
It doesn't seem like you have any previous IM experience before, rihgt?

Advice? Only this: build an email list in a chosen niche that you can market to again and again. Don't oversell. Provide quality over quantity. Enjoy yourself. Best of luck Ken!

Warm Welcome to the forum and wish you good luck with your IM experience.

Ken, don't feel down about losing your job because little do you know it's a blessing in disguise. I'm not going to sit here and tell you it's easy, it's a lot of work and reading, and more importantly DOING, but if you're committed, and you give this a good 2-6 months, you can establish an income you can live off then scale it up. Keep up with the hard work and determination my friend.

1. Research and choose a niche to go into.
2. Set up a nice website with a nice design.
3. Add content to your website.
4. Add a squeeze page, sign up for an AR.
5. Drive traffic to your squeeze page and build your list.
6. Promote products (your own and affiliate ones) to your list.

Presto.

As a newbie, always remember, you can achieve great things with the right mindset. You can live your dream if you focus and work hard everyday, and never give up. Work hard , make mistakes, but most of all get back up and never surrender and give something back. If this is what you really want to do you must stay committed and not let any obstacle get in your way. I wish you ultimate success in your internet marketing.

Welcome. We go by the same name.

The first thing I will advice you is to ONLY follow the experts. By their posts you shall know them otherwise you will get swamed with information overload. Ever knowing but never taking action.

Also take action. Don't wait for perfect conditions.they never come. Take action and you will see great results

Hi Ken. I hope you are OK now. Welcome to the forum. There are so much to be read and learn here how to make money. Good luck. I wish you all the best.

You're taking the right step by asking questions! There is a lot to learn, and it can be very overwhelming at first. If you have a mentor you can trust, this will help a lot. Otherwise, forums like this are a great place to learn.

Be careful of scams, especially at first. When in doubt, ask the trusted community. It can be really tempting when someone is basically waving money in front of your face (but remember they will take your money first, and the return might not be as you hope) but take the time to do research before you invest any of your own money.

Learn, learn, learn! You'll do great!

Hi Ken WELCOME my friend!

Yes you are in the right place for sure like other have said.

My advice to you would be to look at creating your own info
products when you are ready and start building a buyers email list
off the back of those buyers.

I know this may sound a bit vague but I don't want to give you the
dreaded INFORMATION OVERLOAD SYNDROME!

I've suffered from it in the past and I'm sure you'll come across it
too at some stage.

The W.F. is great but with so many different views, strategies and
opinions it's going to leave you with more questions than answers.

So yeah I would look into building a list, affiliate marketing and
product creation (creating your own products) as the main 3
you should look at getting into.

These 3 have changed my life for the better for sure and I don't want to
stop doing what I do because it becomes so much FUN!

Yes there is some work involved but the rewards are more than worth the
effort you put in initially.

Good luck for the future and all the best my friend.
Gavin
