Bitcoins for SEO?

Our company has started accepting Bitcoins for SEO. Can anyone who has actually bought or provided SEO services for Bitcoins, comment on their experiences bad an good?

So far we've only done about $3500 worth of business in Bitcoins (todays' price about $650 USD). There have been no problems so far. We create a separate wallet for each client to maintain security and lower risk.

    Bitcoin's purchasing power is still growing but isn't mainstream enough and is too volatile at the moment.

    I think accepting Bitcoin is a good idea, but I suggest your company only keep Bitcoins at around 10% of your portfolio.

    Unless you truly believe in Bitcoin. Then just go nuts

      Once enough people know about Bitcoin a tipping point will be reached and it will become mainstream.

    Did Litecoin not make huge gains last year? A few old friends cashed in on it. I'm getting old, I think it was last year.

    Service providers getting screwed by too many Chargebacks no doubt started the trend.

    I think it's good way to invest in bitcoins, and broaden your business.
    I consider accepting bitcoins for my domains as well.

      Bitcoins price changes very fast, so I don't think bitcoins is very good doing business. If the price would be stable, then maybe yes, but for now I would say no.

    Yes Bitcoin exchange rates are quite volatile. So long as you are happy to take the risk of losing the lot, it is something to consider from a marketing point of view.

    Believe it or not you can lease Bitcoin miners on Fiverr. They tend to be people with high-end gaming PCs and free access to their parent's electricity !

    Its a nice idea but bitcoins value isn't stable its change with the passage of time. So I think its a major problem to deal with him.

      I'm happy to risk a bit of cash to learn the ropes. It's been all good so far. I sell SEO stuff, wait a few weeks and either buy stuff, or convert to cash at a small net gain. Much better fees than Paypal !

    I accept Bitcoin for SEO Services now.

    It's a recent addition, and I'm not going to speculate on the future value of the currency. My hosting company accepts Bitcoin and that is enough of a reason for me. Plus the more merchants that accept it the more stable it will become.

    I do think that the value of Bitcoin will continue to drop in the short-term as scrutiny and regulation increase, but I do think it will stabilize over time.
