Is it the race issue? The use of a hashtag in a headline? The "don't-take-me-seriously" font? The substitution of z for s? The abbreviation of the word "problem?"

For your entertainment, I present the following:

To me, it looks like something funny, and nothing else.

Maybe not even that funny. But silly.

It is humor. In todays PC society, though, we're not allowed to have humor anymore. It's always offensive to someone. Well, dig it, yeah - that's what humor is. It's the ability to laugh at ourselves. Unfortunately, we don't have that any more. Can you just even start to imagine what that school would be going through right now if they'd written about what black girls were like? Holy cow. We'd be at freaking war, just for making some humorous observations. Good grief.

As far as the pic shows, that school is multi-racial, and from the pic, it looks like they get along just fine and those kids probably act like friends everywhere else and poke some fun at each other and slam each other around a tad. I'm betting that without PC adults getting all riled and outraged over it, the kids do just fine together, even if some of their little slams at each other do sound completely racist. That's what friends do sometimes.

People's ears would fall off if they heard some of the things some of my friends and I have said to each other in fun. At the bottom of it, it never hurts because we know we accept each other for who they are and what we're hooting on is more or less the broader social stereotypes and not them personally.

Now what that paper aught to do now that it's got some publicity, is feature a different "somebodysprobz" every issue. If we can learn to laugh at little differences - or what we used to think were differences, maybe all this PC crap that has everyone's panties in a bunch 24/7 would melt away and we could actually get along again.

Guys, I hope you're not misunderstanding me here. I'm not offended. I think it's funny and cringeworthy at the same time!

World's a much better place we we can laugh at each other, even if the design's awful.

Give me a break! A lot of, and perhaps MOST, white girls think the SAME things they say other girls do. A lot of MALES, regardless of color, think about the "OH I'M LATE, or I don't care how I look". I think MOST males aren't so narcissistic as to think the last thing, no offense.

As for BARBIE, many people say it is unrealistic to try to fit those stats.

As for ME? I just think it is funny.

Well, I don't know about "I'm late", but it's pretty obvious that a LOT of dudes have that "I don't care what I look like" thing going on pretty strong.

AGREED! I'm one of them! Just yesterday, in fact, I shaved off a weeks worth of beard growth, trimmed my mustache, and got a HAIRCUT(I hadn't had one for 2-3 months!).
TODAY, I bothered to tuck my shirt in. I mean it isn't like I was going some place, etc..., and I looked ok. I just figured it was time to do so. My next contract is probably within the next 1-2 weeks, but I would get cleaned up just before as well.

To clarify, when I mentioned most men wouldn't think the last thing, I meant the last thing in the article("MAN Am I gorgeous/handsome!", etc...)
