Anyone else think that the jackson family has totally flimflam'd this will?

2 days ago, his dad was supposedly left out, everything was left to the 3 kids, now suddenly everything is left to the 'jackson family trust', the mom is named guardian and the kids mother gets nothing.

I'd lay money that jacksons mom/dad had that will reworked quickly to change everything. I wouldnt trust that father/mother as far as I could throw them

I don't know anything about this. I'm going to google it once I finish 'working' (read: browsing this forum) But I thought a good chunk of everything was going to the kids, the kid's mom and Janet, at least. I thought Janet was the closest to him out of all the Jacksons.

From the little I've seen on the news, his father is a piece of crap.
They showed an interview from the day after MJ died and his old man was promoting his new business and bragging that it involved blue ray technology.

Mom and Dad Jackson haven't lived together for many years (at least ten). Michael was close to his Mother - didn't like his Father at all and said so in many interviews. The ex already got large settlements and has said she will support Jackson's Mother as far as the kids are concerned.

The Father is a bad joke - Sharpton fits right in with him. If there's a troublemaker, it will be Joe Jackson. It's odd to see so many hangers on claiming Michael's will should "take care of his family" - his children were his family and he took care of them.

Michael Jackson was a 50 yr old man - and I think he knew exactly what he was doing with that will. I've read it's common to leave everything to a trust when the estate is large. The living trust then specifies the details and it doesn't have to become public as a will is.

Of course, nest week we could see claimants coming out of the woodwork. Amazing what the smell of money does.

the story continues to be colored by the sadness that i think was prevalent in jackson's life while he was alive.

i like to think he is at peace now. and perhaps this gives us a small flavor of what some of his difficulties with his family must have been.

What would you do IF you could do it?
After twelve years of therapy my psychiatrist said something that brought tears to my eyes. He said, "No hablo ingles."

when he is not the actual father (as some of the news sites indicated) of the kids he had... he should have left something for the poor doctor also!

I don't assume the talking heads on the news are doing any more than their usual wild speculation. They have to fill up all that airtime.

        THE ART OF BEING FATHERLESS...
On 25th June 2009, the whole world woke up to the very sad news that Michael Joseph Jackson (MJ) had a cardiac arrest and sudsequently kicked the bucket. The world is a stage, it is popularly said, and that day, MJ left the stage. He completed his acting that fateful moment, never mind the other ones proposed for July 3 and beyond.Man proposes but God disposes... Between 1958 and June 25th 2009, MJ gave a good account of himself. He was different things to so many people... a music superstar, a role model, a fat vessel to siphon from, an employer of labour, an ex-husband and a father.

Being a father to three innocent children is my concern today. Soon after MJ passed away, those three frail looking kids automatically joined one big world-wide club called THE FATHERLESS CLUB. I am a financial member for more than three years now. How about you?

        If you are a father:
        * is there any preparations you can make towards quitting the stage?
        * what is your expectation of your family 5, 10 and 20 years after you are gone
        * are you prepared for the final journey to the other side of the world? how far have you reconciled with your God and man?

If you are a fatherless person:
        - how has it been? the thrills and challenges of your fatherless status.
        - how are you coping with the situation?
        - you joined as a child, a teenager or an adult?
Good luck to the kid Jacksons as they join our elite club

As public as this is going to be anyone in their right mind wouldn't chance forging or falsifying his will and loose everything to the state plus jail time. That is my opinion and mine only

His mom just got turned down by the court. The will is putting his manager in charge. Mom was trying to be THE person in charge.

This kind of money will make people do stupid things
