Good day,

Does anyone know if smithy100 is banned from the forum?

Here is one thread that he started and now under his name it says banned? http://www.warriorforum.com/off-topi...under-21s.html

Please shed some light on this matter?

Would usually mean he's been banned for some serious infraction. Did you have dealings with him?

I dont know about him but i have noticed lately that a lot of people are getting banned.

Seems admin are having a clampdown for some reason

Yes he was supposed to create a header for me as part of his new entrance to this site.

Well it seems he was not here long, ha ha

Just goes to show, some free things can actually cost money.

I think its good.

Warriors that come here and cause trouble or just want to make a quick buck by promoting affiliate links in their sig etc need to be dealt with.

Rules are put in place for a reason.

PS: I have tried to contact smithy100 via his site, if I do not get a reply within a day or two then I will add an infraction to him

  Why? What happens through his website has nothing to do with this forum.
  Infractions are for what happens here in the Warrior forum not because somebody doesn't reply to an email or contact form on their site.

Yeh Oscar - don't shoot yourself in the foot. Disputes in sales transactions are between you and the merchant you pay. It's buyer beware.

The forum has nothing to do with decisions you make and they do not smile on people who rant and rave against merchant warriors and create a hostile environment.

Take the steps necessary beyond the merchant's support if they don't respond. Give it time and several tries - PMs, emails, helpdesk, support links on the site.

- if you get no response then take action to get your money back from the bank or payment processor or complain to anyplace you can (review sites). You can even notify the forum helpdesk of your problem just to document it.

This is what happened:

When he did his first post on Warrior Forum he offered free headers and now he has not delivered. After a few PM's and contacting me through Warrior Forum he did not deliver.

He was suppposed to deliver a free header and he did not deliver on a offer that he made through this forum.
