Hi guys, my main languages is not English, and there can be some grammar/spell problems i don't recognize, i know this is not the solution, but it is better than nothing.

So what programs do you use for grammar and spellcheck?

Thanks

I use openoffice language tool. It is decent and i use Ginger free version. I hear grammarly is good. But expensive.

I m aslo looking for synonyms software which can enrich my articles with new words.

A lot of thesaurus-like software which can "enrich" writing with new words uses inappropriate words which serve only to mark out the author as someone not writing in his own language - kind of the opposite of what you're perhaps trying to achieve?

      It isn't easy, at all.

Any basic word-processing package contains a spellcheck which can be set either to "US English" or the wrongly-named "British English" (it's actually "rest of the world English: only the US uses American spellings, thanks largely to Mr. Webster having arbitrarily invented so many of them, so long ago).

Grammarly has about as good a reputation as any grammar-checking software can achieve, but it's far from perfect.

      .

    I would try this . . .

But of course nowadays - with the advent of the internet - you can check your spells on any good pagan website.

PS . . last week my Gran turned me into a frog (but only for 10 minutes - she's a big softy really).

Hope I've been of some help.

Ginger for free version or you can have Grammarly. You can purchase these tools if you need to really work on your grammar and spelling.
