I need Leads...

Hey all,

I thought someone here could maybe help me out or point me in the right direction.

I need leads of people who are within 6 months of their lease ending on their Cadillac Escalade within a couple hundred miles of Houston, TX.

I will need their name, phone number, address and the number of payments remaining on lease.

Can anybody help, or is this something that will be really hard to acquire?

    I would classify those as specialty leads. Very hard to find.
    If you do find some one to sell them to you - one of two things will happen

    - they will cost so much it wont be worth it to you in the beginning.
    - they will be cultivated and pitched by someone in the same business as you

    What you need to do is build your own qualification funnel.
    Find out what those type of people typically read and start
    your advertising there. It will be a good first step to your funnel.

    Once you have your funnel working properly ... keep adding
    different advertising front ends. The more the better.

    If you do it like this, you will know exactly how much each lead costs
    to produce as well as how many you can pull on any given day or month.
    That info is very important - so make sure you track and keep records.

    Tracking can be the life or death of your funnel.

      I dont have any experience in anything like this. Don't really know where i would start.

    Also... you want info on people with leases... these are generally leased by the manufacturer's credit program (Ford Credit, GMAC, etc.) and they do not sell personal info and payment details off.

    Don't even bother talking to list broker's about this, it's impossible. Believe me if there was a hint of possibility I'd tell you.

        GM dealers, finance companies, credit unions,banks, and insurance agents?

        Drive around and stick cards under their wipers.

        As someone who builds lists of all sorts this one really is impossible!

    Definitely try teaming up dealerships, banks that focus on car loans, there might be some groups you can find online focused around this group of people. If it was something with a little more of a community (jeep or motorcycles for example) it would be easier...
