I purchased and it's not working. After it loads plugins, it just displays Connecting FrameWork... and nothing happens. Been that way for 30 mins. Guess I will request refund.

  I did. If this is what I have to deal with, it's not worth it to me. I need something that will work. Clearly there are issues that are not resolved.

  The alternatives out there, have more issues than MR ever has so I think you're going to be out of luck there.

Local Lead Miner maybe? Not sure. I think the issue with it is that it is slow, but I believe it scans other sources than just Yellowpages.

I never tried that one. I wish they listed what sources it will scrape.

MR scrapes yellowbook, yp, manta, facebook, google... but I've only ever really used it for yp and yb.

Hey Ken,

Have had the software a while and used it with good success. Lately though Yellowbook does not work for me. With or without proxies. Yellowpages works perfectly fine but Yellowbook does not.

I sent a support ticket over a month ago and have not received a response. Also posted in the main thread a couple times. Is there a way to fix this?

I've also had problems with yellowbook working.

I wonder if it is the proxies we're using that are the problem? There's a few other people yellowbook is working perfectly fine for, but not for me

So the problem was some glitch with it not wanting to update. Ken sent me the update and I dropped it in the MR folder and all is good.

Ken is a stand up guy, and MR is the best scraper I've used. 'Nuff said.

Support rocks, product is well supported, couldn't recommend it more.

Yeah, I've loved this for the last few years. Looks like Warrior Forum isn't allowing the sale of it anymore though with their new WSO rules.

I love MR and have been using it off/on for a while now. However I started it up today and tried to scrape some leads and I am getting no leads returned. I have it set to 10 threads, mobile scraper turned off, and email digger on 10 threads. I have tried Yellow pages US and Yellow Book but both just run through the queue and return zero results. I am using private proxies as well, same ones I have used with other tools and had no problems. Maybe I am doing something wrong, has anyone else had this issue?

Your proxies are probably dead for the particular service. Just because they're private proxies doesn't mean it's going to work with yellowbook or YP.

Hmm you are right...it is my proxies. I don't understand why they would be an issue I haven used them in over a month and was using them daily before with no problem...smh..pain in the a$$. Guess I need to get a hold of support to figure out what to do. I used the proxies that were recommended in the training video.

  UPDATE: contacted Richard via Skype and he helped me out right away. My proxies WERE blocked so that was the issue. Great support thanks Richard and thanks iAmNameLess.
