Hey Guys,

One of my social media clients usually mails a check which requires me to follow up all the time to make sure she didnt forget. Do you guys have any suggestions on how to set up monthly recurring payments. What do you use and what are the pros and cons

Thanks!

Pretty much any payment gateway you use can set up recurring payments.

One of the easiest is Paypal.

None of them have any real "cons" other than the fees they charge and that is pretty easy to compare amongst providers to determine the best solution

Get her to set up a Standing Order. Simple. Costs nothing.

If you do PayPal, be sure to set it up as a subscription. This is like auto billing. Otherwise, you will have to track her down to pay the digital version of the check.

I thought that just giving people the option to pay via CC would take care of that. But unless it's on a subscription, you will still have to track them down.
