Which services to sell ?

JMO..."sell" what you are good at doing, what you enjoy, and what you are knowledgable about.

If you don't have experience in designing websites, don't sell them

If you have hardly any people on your own social network, don't try to manage social networks for companies

Do you have experience with seo, sms text messages, or ?

do what you know...or get skills and experience. No harm in working for a company and learning then branching off for some freelance then form your own "real" company

as for what niches - I would think same as here...be sure to look for businesses that already advertise a lot in your area. IMHO avoid very large corporations or companies that are US based - for instance, Starbucks and McDonalds are all set with planned adverting, websites promotions both here and in your country.

I dont think its necessary to be good at what your going to sell. There are people out there who sell services and then subcontract it to some other supplier.

you're right -- you should, however, be good at selling. or, be good at services. selling services? well, that's an entirely different animal altogether. follow the money, but you may not like what you find. asia, been there, done that, would do it again. wholesale reseller is what I would do if I were you, in asia.

Do a few customer surveys. Probe your prospects find out how you can best meet their needs . I n a nutshell find out what your competitors providing for your customers and go on and implement the information into your strategy.

Interesting question. Curious to see what others come up with. I think of services like Reputation building, website development, SEO, Mobile marketing and Online promotion of local offline businesses. I have learned that you do not need to recreate the wheel. You could do some research into what your most successful competitors are doing and model your business after theirs then provide the best quality service you can at the lowest price you can afford.
