Hey,

I'm thinking to order some technology from China (something to do with LED) and selling them in my country (I'm from Europe). As always with the technology some products get broken and I have exchange these broken products.

Here is my question, how do I deal next with this China factory? Do I have to send these products back (and pay for the shipping or is the some refund policy?

Thank you!

why not your keep a certain margin of it to absorb those broken or guarantee, it would make more sense and better rather than sending back to china, the cost & time isn't worth it

Find a company in China that would offer a return policy. If you’re going for a legitimate seller then getting a warranty is not going to be a problem but if you will be dealing with China sellers who are not legitimate then you’re going to shoulder the expenses in case there are broken products. Anyway legitimate sellers make sure that the products are in good condition and that it will come to you in one piece, if something happens like being broken in transit, the forwarding company is going to shoulder the damage unless it’s not their fault.

Thank you for your answers, but how is it usually, who does pay for the shipping for these broken items?
