Saw this and thought there might be some that might have interest in this Intended for those Home remodel contractor type clients, but could be used for a wide variety of clients.

I personally have not used it but from the write up it looks better than decent and its on a not so bad framework ( blackbird )

        You cheat. you create a "Contact us" blank page and with the use of contact 7 or any other contact form plugin you create the type of contact form that you want.
