Advice For Hiring Virtual Assistants

1 replies
Sorry if this is in the wrong forum, not sure where I can post this ...

I wanted to get some advice from you warriors about how to best acquire a team of freelancers or one very talented one. I've used multiple VAs in the past for a bunch of different tasks (graphic design, programming, data mining, etc.) but that was when I was a freelancer. Now that I'm at a startup full time I need to temporarily supplement our lack of workforce until I can fire people full time in a few months.

I need to do the following:
* Graphic Design
* Web Design
* Light Web Programming
* Data Mining
* Content Creation

Anyone have any thoughts on getting a team or knows a good company that's reliable? Any thoughts, comments welcome!

    Lets first be real clear about one thing forget there being 1 person out there that can do all the things you just listed by themselves and the second challenge any business owner has when using a team not in house is how will you manage that many people and that many projects? Might I make a suggestion to you that the first person you hire is someone who can be a project manager or team leader. If you cant afford that then make a list of priorities on what skills you need the most right now and hire that 1 person and do what you can to get 1 off jobs done on Fiverr or Fourer.
