Lead sellers who do revenue share, how do you track conversion?

If you're selling leads directly to businesses and your terms are revenue share, how do you keep track of the leads that converted? Is it mostly honesty system?

    Unless they have lead/call tracking software you can personally log into, pretty much, yeah, honesty system. In 15 years I have had a rev share only work once, but honestly have not tried too many because of the "honesty" factor. I just stay flexible with lead/call pricing, try and get honest feedback, and adjust what they pay based on this.
