I'm doing SEO for an ecommerce site client who's getting a lot of traffic, but needs help with conversion rate optimization, and I proposed to help. Instead of asking for an additional monthly fee on top of the SEO, I brought up revenue share.
1) How do you determine what percentage I should make?
2) Do you charge any setup costs for any of the strategies/methods you put forward? (I already said I would - just curious what others do)
3) Is the revenue share just on sales you bring in through your campaigns, or all sales?
