I was lucky enough to start my own agency and love to help others get started as well. I am not about getting one on the big guy but this is the greatest. I never knew what I could do but now I can do whatever I want when I want. without regrets. or REGERTS LOL

  • Hi,

    Finally, someone who gets it.

Digital Agency is probably the easiest and most profitable business model I have come across.

Ive done ecom, cpa, adsense there all good but so competitive.

The secret is to market to one niche and become the king or queen there.

An agency is definitely something that I've been trying to move more towards lately. It's good money if you know what you're doing and you can really deliver results.

If you can deliver results then you can charge a good amount of money.

By the way congrats on the success of your agency.

Hey i'm in the process of starting my agency despite all distractions im trekking forward daily, I learned from a course but their main method was cold emailing businesses that meet a certain criteria, the ones that need social media help. It says 7 out of 10 local businesses ARE NOT using facebook local marketing methods i can cast a wide net or specialize.. My aim is to get my first client

How effective is cold emailing? The course came with scripts to use

I really want to just jump out there and talk to business owners in person but I don't know how to go about it. I heard it's best to use a scarcity tactic when talking to them in person "Like i'm looking for one more x type of business in this town who's looking to get more customers, leads or clients"

Do you think it's feasible to use that same line on everyone in person?

I'm debating should i research them first or go from plaza to plaza, door to door.... I can probably hit up like 8-10 plazas in a day i would assume, that's all it may take to get my first client

Thanks for your response or anyone else in this field, thanks very much i really appreciate the advice.... Have a blessed day

Can you provide some more info about what you do exactly? It sounds interesting, but some more details would help us to better understand your value proposition and business model.

He's trying to get your info without having to pop for the $7 in your sig offer.

Of course, you haven't offered a whole lot else in this thread so far. Looks borderline promotional, except for the comments from the other folks with similar offers in their sigs.

The $7 info in the sig file is a dead link, so I don't think that is it. Possibly, he just might be asking an honest question...I could be wrong...But I don't think so...It's a jungle out there...getting to sound like a "Monk" theme song.

Running an online agency really feels like a safe long-run income... only the fact that you're not under the hands of the ever-changing social networks worth it

Very true, if you can market yourself well, you'll always be able to manage someone elses budget.

The hardest things for new people when they start their own Agency of any sort is to be able to

    - Run their business efficiently, and to make sure they are not losing on opportunitues.
    - Leads, Leads & More Leads.. that is hard for most new people.
    - Deliver on your work, and to be able to deliver as you grow.. scaling is hard.

Took me many years to refine all parts of my business.. and I still tweak.

    Well done to you
