This might be the time you or your client to dump their iphone.

Here's why.

A marketing agency owner's client suddenly had a drop off of by
75% of phone calls coming in.

The culprit, an iphone which had phone calls forwarded to it.

Things are getting back to what they were once he changed
over to an Android.

Another phone tip.

Make your landline number text enabled.

Callers nowadays think a number is mobile so they often rather text the number.

You'll be shocked at the increase in sales you get from this simple change.

Best,
Ewen

It was probably the phone settings that was forwarding calls to another number. I own an iPhone, and my calls aren't forwarded.

Actually this is a thing... Its not that the phone is forwarding calls to another number, its when you have calls forwarded to the phone, the phone simply is not getting the calls.

You have a landline and you forward calls to an iPhone, the end user calls the land line and the land line then forwards the call to the iPhone, and the iPhone doesn't ring. Switching to an android phone does indeed fix the issue.

Another fix for this is to simply have the land line number switched to the cell phone itself, just removing the land line portion of the issue. There does not seem to be an issue with forwarding a call from iphone to iphone.
