      I'm sorry but you don't know the difference between wordpress.org and .com and you call yourself a 'pro'?

      Outsource the whole website development. Find someone locally that does web design or find someone on elance.com or something. Get a quote, mark it up 20% for your trouble and go from there.

          Use wordpress, have someone build it and keep sellin, but seriously,
          that pro handle is ummm...well...ummmm... I know you get the point.

          Keep talking to potentials, and Start Studing threads in here as much
          as you can....right now you need IM education.

              fast as you can. If you can sell and Provide Results to Biz owners,

    Use wordpress, and if its going to be an ecommerce website, use the shopp or phpurchase ecommerce plugins. Stay away from the WP-ecommerce plugin.

    I would also try to upsell his a google places listing if possible.
