Having a hard time......

I am having a VERY hard time getting back into the swing of things. I had 2 weekends where I was out of the loop (one weekend with a getaway with the wife,) and the 2nd weekend with a ministry retreat that I work with called Tres Dias (best thing ever!) I came out of Tres Dias with my mom in the hospital (she has been battling cancer since a Stage IV diagnosis on January 28, 2009.)
From where I live to where she lived, it was 4.5 hours there, and 4.5 hours back. I made the trip in one day, and, had to go back 2 days later. She died last Thursday. I preached her funeral and we buried her this past Saturday.
I was very close to my mom. I thought she was going to pull through - and, in fact, got a phone call last Monday night after I got home to say that my mom was not going to respond to further chemo - that she had months, but, probably few left. She didn't last 72 hours after that. (She didn't even know this latest prognosis.)
Oh a side note - my mom never gave up, never slowed her schedule. She slowed down, but, she worked up until the Saturday before her death. She went to work that morning, worked that day, came home, went to the hospital.
Needless to say, the wind is "knocked out" of my sails. I don't HAVE TO get a money making project going, but, would like to - mostly to help "ground me" back into reality. I am fine, working through grief, and, working a lot of details out for my dad and brother.
I have 3 sites that have ranked up close to the top of Google for their keywords, but, I can't make my mind work on those now.
Who else has had to re-focus? What worked for you?
Any good and recent success stories?
