Doing my research today, I came across this site:
Sacramento Movers - Movers in Sacramento, CA

I've seen quite a few people ask about rental sites and I thought this was
a very good example. Pretty, huh?

Not bad but a little too "busy" for my taste. 3 columns, gaudy header. Lots of distractions. So what do you think they'll rent it for?

First off thank you for the post this is an awesome example.

I love that they have ranked a .US website. Although i'm sure the competition was lacking its still nice to see a .US doing well.

In their domain name they used a dash "sacramento-movers.us"

Warriors, would you recommend using a dash in your domain names that are optimized for local search?

    Hi Gail

Yeah the site is "way too busy"...

BUT the idea behind it is awesome.

    Regards

The thing is, are you getting a response from anyone? Here's another lease-a-site thread:

Digital Diva- good find. WOW across the country and different businesses - has anyone gone through the connecting sites and links. Check the resources link at the bottom of the page and you see the other site rental niches they are into. If you are into the rental model/ lead generation model go to the seyego.com website. I went through the linking structure a little and the back links. I will spend some time looking closer at the seo for their sites when I have a couple hours, I think it will be worth the time.
