I have been approached by a website company to work together.
I am bit confused what packages do i have to offer/price them and how we do business with each other?

Your question is a bit vague. It depends on what they are needing. You could offer article writing, keyword research, backlinking service, social media services such as Twitter and Facebook pages, SEO.

If neither of you are local you can use email or use Google documents and could share files or documents.

Do a Google search for the service you would like to offer and check rates. It is really hard to say without you being more specific.

    Hi,

You can mail them the SEO Plan with the defined hours in which you clearly mention the hours for each task. Hope it will help you. If you need plan then please let me know.

Ok, so it sounds like you are working as the "middleman".

If thats the case make sure that you get a reasonable amount upfront so that your time and effort is protected.

I would be very wary of 'partners' that you done know who solicit you. Take steps to protect yourself and maybe set up a bogus site to do a test run with them and see how they behave and perform.

Sounds like you're wholesaling your services (they get the clients, you do the work, they pay you X, they mark up and charge the client X+Y)... Is this correct?

If so, they should be able to tell you what their clients are LOOKING FOR. It's a little like finding a niche... No sense in offering service packages that aren't gonna get bought. That makes no one money.

If they haven't done the research well enough to know what types of products are going to be bought, I wouldn't expect them to come out of the gate and have a lot of work for you right off the bat.

Then again, if you're in the market, you should have at least an idea on what types of packages your competitors are offering and should be able to come up with something comparable.
