Seeking Guidance on Google Places, FB, Twitter...

Hello all. For the longest time now I have been wanting to get into the offline business. For one reason or excuse or another, I simply haven't done so. However, this year I've been able to get my affiliate marketing more organized and managed. So now I have the time to branch out and focus on adding an offline business.

I could jump right in, but I'm really anal about things and before I do anything I want to be able to offer a high quality package that will truly benefit my clients, and that I can be proud of.

Besides the standard google ranking and basic website and seo factors, I want to be able to include a good social package with my service.

I'm currently researching google places, facebook, twitter, and foursquare. I've never really looked into this area before because I'm basically just an affiliate marketer.

I was hoping that maybe those of you with experience could maybe point me in the direction of some solid ebooks or courses detailing these platforms in regards to local offline marketing.

I'm looking for courses that will help me understand how to best implement these platforms and also looking for any plr or ebooks with rights that i can use to provide clients with to add to a more professional presentation and bnus.

If anyone can offer some guidance I would greatly appreciate it.
