Setting up a mobile website

I have a client that has a basic flash website and it doesn't load up at all on mobile devices. It's just a blank screen.

SO, I want to set up a mobile website for them so that it loads up a nice mobile ready version of the site with all the basic info such as prices, directions, etc.

How can I do this without changing the flash website?

I would use HTML5 embeds for the actual flash site itself -- Or I would do a full conversion from flash to an ajax site or possibly just a small nice compatible mobile site which looks like flash and acts like it but is good for alllll mobile devices. HTML 5's issue is it doesn't work on all devices so you'd have to make 1 or 2 sites

You can still have his flash site, you would create a mobile site ( that requires more then this post here) but you can have it so when someone is on a mobile phone the site can detect that and show them the mobile optimized site.

You can try themeforest for mobile site templates, for the site to detect mobile phones etc I don't know that off of the top of my head but I'm doing research for a client on that.

Worst thing a person can do is offer Flash on a website that they also want to be mobile.

Mobile works best with clean, easy to follow websites. You know the kind: Click Here, Go There, etc.

Yeah, I know. I'm going to have an html version for him as well, but the first thing I need to do is get some mobile presence working.
