I saw a WSO for a lead generation theme and complete backend. You might check it out. May be just the ticket your looking for. I cannot speak from any knowledge of the product, I just remember seeing the WSO, earlier today.

What I'm looking for is a basic template I can tweek as needed for the different businesses I want to target.

I want to collect the leads and pass them on to the appropriate companies.

one to fit all type of thing but more like lead gen phone ring etc. Convert higher.
