OFFLINE MARKETING

Can anyone recommend a good outsource solution for mobile marketing - aps, texting, coupons and site design? Looking for a source that doesn't require a hefty price tag up front for licensing or high monthly minimums to get started. Would prefer outsource or reseller vs an affiliate. Thanks.

Edit: Apps and design can be outsourced easy, it's the texting interface and service that's the $ challenge.

I've been working with callfire for the last couple of years for SMS broadcasting. They have the capacity for large bulk SMS texting for all carriers worldwide and at very competitive prices. You can run multiple campaigns/clients at once and the interface is the best I've seen. Most other SMS texting services are limited by region and/or just a few carriers.
