Help With Offline Directory Idea

Hey Warriors, I have a NicheCity site that's on the first page of Google, Yahoo and Bing for a couple of keyword phrases. I bought Gene's "Shooting Fish in a barrel" WSO and built a simple directory hoping to quickly flip.

For whatever reason, i am really interested in making it into a real directory.

If any of you have experience with this, I'd like to hear from you.

I was thinking about creating a separate page for each business with contact info, Google map to location, URL and more about the company. What should i charge for something like that?

Does anyone have any better ideas?

    Hey Demond...I also bought Gene's WSO awhile back....it's a great simple method...I think your idea of taking it a step further by providing more information about the companies....what you could do is provide all the details for the "featured" company and leave the other companies very generic...this way you could charge a lot more for the featured company because you are really showcasing them and thus they will get more traffic, etc..just a little spin that could net you more money.
